Our Best Answer: Where can I go for mental health and wellness services or personal counseling?

Wellness Center

If you are in need of mental health and wellness services, contact the Wellness Center. Currently, we are engaged in remote tele-counseling, either by phone or video platform (Zoom). With regard to students, a counselor can provide a consult and assist with referrals and resources. For those students who are on campus and are having a crisis, they can meet with a counselor remotely in C249. Consultations will be available for faculty and staff who are concerned about one of their students.
We also offer programs and events designed to support the mental health and wellness of our community, including our Mental Health Forums and Alternative Wellness Classes. All student programs will be listed on My LaGuardia and in our Fall 2022 E-Guidebook.
You can reach us by phone at (718) 482-5471 or by e-mail:
