Computer Help
If you have questions or need help with any of the e-tools that you use at LaGuardia such as CUNYfirst, email, Navigate, VIP, Blackboard, etc., you may:
- Visit the new Student Technology Helpdesk in B127, or call them at (718) 482-6117, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM for basic help and support with technical issues logging in or accessing LaGuardia applications and online resources.
- report a problem by email
- look up your email address
- check out our digital tools resources to find help for logging in and using these tools
- contact Student Technology Mentors (STMs) at stm@lagcc.cuny.edu for assistance with ePortfolio, Office 365, DropBox, Zoom, Blackboard, Blackboard Collaborate Ultra, Microsoft Teams, or any other tool you're using in class. They also offer open lab support for students in rooms B121 and B123--view their schedule.
