Challenging a Grade

If a student believes that a grade they received does not reflect their work in a class, then they have the right to challenge that grade.

Students are first encouraged to review the grade with the instructor to see if the issue can be resolved. If unresolved, students should then reach out to the Department Chairperson for further discussion. If still unresolved, students should schedule and appointment to meet with their Advisor who will discuss the formal academic appeal process.
