Our Best Answer: How do faculty add a Teaching Assistant (TA), co-instructor, or librarian to their course?

In order to comply with FERPA, instructors can no longer enroll users to their Blackboard courses. If an instructor wants to enroll another user as TA, librarian, etc., a written approval from the Chair of the department is required. The Blackboard administrators will then enroll the users according to the requests. NOTE: No CUNY students can be enrolled as TA.
