We recommend visiting the support page, which offers guides and video tutorials.

Students can visit the ePortfolio Help Desk in MB-57 from Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Students are also encouraged to reach out to the ePortfolio team at eportfolio@lagcc.cuny.edu for support, with a response time of within 24 hours. Remote support is available when necessary.
