Supplement Form

You must complete the Supplement Form if you are interested in additional financial aid such as Aid for Part-Time Study (APTS). It's a quick and easy electronic form located on your CUNYfirst account under Finances. You will be notified via your CUNYfirst account if you were considered for any additional aid.

Be sure to use the following:  
Institutional Code - LAG01
Aid Year - 2024
