If you have questions or need help with any of the e-tools that you use at LaGuardia such as CUNYfirst, email, My LaGuardia, VIP, Blackboard, etc., you may

• Get in-person help in B127, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• report a problem
• look up your email address
• check out our digital tools resources page to find help for logging in and using these tools
• contact the Student Information Center (SIC) at (718) 482-5935
• contact Student Technology Mentors (STMs) at stm@lagcc.cuny.edu  for assistance with Microsoft Office 365, MyLaGuardia, LaGuardia email, Blackboard, and ePortfolio.
