If it’s a past due balance negative service indicator, please pay the remaining balance in order to remove it. If you pay at the Bursar's window at C110, our specialist will remove the service indicator immediately. If you pay online, you must contact the Bursar's Office, and one of our specialists will remove it immediately for you.
