Determining Your Account Balance

The Bursar's Office is not currently open, but we are here for you.

To view your current tuition balance, you can check your bill in the "Student Center" section of your CUNYfirst account. Also you can call to get your balance over the phone at (718) 482-7226 or email us at

We no longer mail or print out any bills. You can print an itemized copy of your eBill from your "Student Center" in CUNYfirst, or you can request an eBill from the Bursar's Office. It should be ready in 3 to 5 business days.

Account Balance and Financial Aid: If you're supposed to receive financial aid, and you still show a balance, that means the anticipated aid is not reflected on your CUNYfirst account.  Make sure you filed for financial aid. If so, please contact Student Financial Services.
