Any faculty/staff member with a jury duty question please contact Human Resources either through HR Help or by telephone at (718) 482-5075.

HR Help is part of Service Now, which is our new CUNY Enterprise Ticketing System that collects and tracks inquiries that come into the Human Resources Department.

How To Use Service Now?

1. Login to Service Now @ https://cunyithelp.cuny.edu/csp 

2. Please click  for instructions on how to create a ticket for Human Resources and Payroll
