LaGuardia and CUNY Login Credentials

You have two sets of login credentials - one from LaGuardia and one from CUNY - that give students access to different software, learning platforms, and other online services.

1. Your LaGuardia credential is your My LaGuardia login: username is Firstname.lastname@live.lagcc.cuny.edu and default password is your EMPLID followed by last 2 digits of birth year.

This gives you access to:

• My LaGuardia, including access to email
• ePortfolio

2. Your CUNY credential is your CUNYfirst login: username is Firstname.lastname##@login.cuny.edu, with ## being the last 2 digits of your EMLPID. The password was selected by you when you created your CUNYfirst account.

This gives you access to:

• CUNYfirst
• Blackboard
• DegreeWorks
• Microsoft 365/Office applications (Outlook/email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
• Dropbox
• CUNY Zoom account
• Library ebooks and databases from off-campus; Library OneSearch account
