Computer Help

If you have questions or need help with any of the e-tools that you use at LaGuardia such as CUNYfirst, email, My LaGuardia, VIP, Blackboard, etc., you may:

  • Visit the new Student Technology Helpdesk in B127, or call them at (718) 482-6117, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM for basic help and support with technical issues logging in or accessing LaGuardia applications and online resources.
  • report a problem by email
  • look up your email address
  • check out our digital tools resources to find help for logging in and using these tools
  • contact Student Technology Mentors (STMs) at stm@lagcc.cuny.edu  for assistance with ePortfolio, Office 365, DropBox, Zoom, Blackboard, Blackboard Collaborate Ultra, Microsoft Teams, or any other tool you're using in class.
