Our Best Answer: When will I receive my degree / diploma?

Receiving Your Degree / Diploma

Students are invited to pick-up their diploma approximately 4 to 6 months after you are certified as a graduate. Diplomas are available to students who have applied for graduation and completed all degree requirements with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0. You will be notified by email and postcard when your diploma is available for pick up on campus. You do not receive your actual diploma at the graduation ceremony.

Students who need verification of graduation before their diploma arrives can order a transcript or visit C107 to obtain a degree verification letter.

Diplomas are not mailed.  Students must collect their diploma, by visiting the Registrar's Office in room C107 during the follow times:

Monday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
Tuesday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Wednesday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Thursday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
Friday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

NOTE: Any STOPS on your record (i.e. Bursar, Financial Aid or Library) must be cleared before your diploma will be released.

In order for anyone else to collect your diploma, your authorization is necessary.  If someone other than you is collecting the diploma, please authorize their pick-up by signing the postcard mailed to you. The signed post card must be presented at the time of pick-up.
