Changing Outlook Password
Students: Please fill out the Student-Help form, and college IT staff will reset the password to your EMPLID & yy (last 2-digits of birth year). Passwords are usually reset within 1 business day.
Faculty/Staff: Change your Outlook password by either logging into your workstation or by logging into Outlook Web Access (please use Internet Explorer) or use the ADFS Portal.
If this method does not work, Please hit CTRL+ALT+DEL and choose 'Change a password' while logged in from your Windows Desktop.
Note: After changing your password using the method above, please also change your password in your mobile device(s) settings to prevent your account from being locked out.
