CUNYfirst is LaGuardia's online system where students register for classes, check grades, view and pay their tuition bill, see their financial aid award, etc. You can get a CUNYfirst account by going to Activate CUNY Login Account and following the instructions. Everyone is given an ID and an initial password to sign into the system. Once you set up your account, you will be able to access CUNYfirst by entering your username and password on the login page.

Your CUNYfirst username is your firstname.lastname## where ## is the last 2 digits of your CUNYfirst EMPLID number. At the first sign on, you will be required to change your password to something familiar to you. You will then be asked to give answers to three security questions of your choice so you can get help if you forget your password.

You will change your password many times in a given year to ensure the security requirement needed to protect this system.If you do not remember your username and/or password security answers, you can use the links on the CUNYfirst log in screen to re-establish access to your existing CUNYfirst account. Note: This feature can be used once every 5 days.
